The Fenton Township Board of Trustees will conduct Regular Meetings beginning at 7:30 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of each month, except where indicated below (*). The deadline for submitting agenda items is 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.

The Fenton Township Planning Commission will conduct meetings beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month, except where indicated below (*). The deadline for submitting agenda items or applications to the Planning Commission is 12:00 noon on the day of the preceding month’s meeting. Communications regarding agenda items may be submitted at any time.

The Fenton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct meetings beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except where indicated below (*). The deadline for submitting agenda items or applications to the Zoning Board of Appeals is 12:00 noon on the day of the preceding month’s meeting. Communications regarding agenda items may be submitted at any time.

All meetings are held in the lower level meeting room of the Fenton Township Civic Community Center, 12060 Mantawauka Drive, Fenton, Michigan, unless otherwise posted.

Public input is welcome at all meetings.

This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). The Fenton Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon 14 days notice to the Fenton Township Board.
