2014 Winter Property Tax Bills Delayed

2014 Winter Property Tax bills are expected to be mailed during the week of December 8, 2014. This delay is due to changes to county-wide millage rates resulting from proposals approved at the November 4th General Election. Questions may be directed to the Fenton Township office at 810-629-1537.

ET Rover Pipeline Meeting Scheduled

A series of “Scoping Meetings” have been scheduled by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regarding the proposed ET Rover Pipeline project. Township Board Opposes Proposed Natural Gas Pipeline

A company by the name of ET Rover Pipeline LLC has applied to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for approval to construct a 42-inch diameter natural gas pipeline that would extend from Ohio through Michigan and connect into Canada. [more >>]

Genesee County 911 Center Rolls Out CODE RED Reverse 911 System

The Genesee County 911 Dispatch Center has initiated a new program to notify citizens of emergency situations. CODE RED is a “reverse 911” system that will send emergency and critical information to your phone, (missing child alerts, severe weather, etc.). Township Submits NPDES Permit Application

The Charter Township of Fenton has submitted a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit - Application for Discharge of Stormwater to Surface Waters from a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. [more >>]

Fenton Township Five Year Parks and Recreation Plan

Copies of the draft of the 2014 – 2018 Fenton Township Parks and Recreation Plan, will be available for public inspection starting Thursday January 2, 2014 at the Fenton Township Hall, 12060 Mantawauka Drive, Fenton MI 48430.
