The Fenton Township Board will hold a public hearing regarding drainage and lake level issues for Pine Lake at the regular Township Board Meeting on Monday October 5, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Fenton Township Civic Community Center, 12060 Mantawauka Drive, Fenton, Michigan.

The Township Board has previously discussed petitioning the Genesee County Drain Commissioner to establish a drainage district for the purpose of controlling drainage problems and establishing a legal lake level. The purpose of this hearing is to obtain input from Pine Lake residents prior to making any decisions regarding this issue.
