In an effort to assist Fenton Township residents in need of home improvements, the Fenton Township Board has allocated Community Development Block Grant funds to the Genesee County Home Improvement Program, which was created to provide property owners with a Deferred Payment Loan (DPL) to make needed improvements to their homes.
