• Firestone Dr. will have 2 sections of sanitary sewer line repaired. First will be at the corner of Firestone Dr. and Pomona Dr. going north on Firestone Dr. for one section of sewer line. This project will start (weather permitting) January 31, 2008 and will take approximately 1 week. The second repair on Firestone Dr. will begin at the intersection of Firestone Dr. and Lake Valley Dr. going north on Firestone Dr. This project will take approximately 2 weeks. All affected residents have been notified. If you have any specific needs please let the Bostwick Excavating foreman on site know and they will work to address your issues.

• Pomona Dr. at Firestone Dr. starting at Firestone Dr. going east on Pomona Dr. for one section of sanitary sewer line. This project will take approximately 2 weeks. All affected residents have been notified.

Landscape/Lawn Restoration Projects

• During winter all restoration will be rough only. Final restoration will be when the ground dries. Restoration projects will be completed in the order they were excavated.
• Restoration of Garnet & Moffett Dr. will be completed after the Spring thaw.
• Restoration of Crystal Pte projects will be completed after the Spring thaw.

General Notes

• Sewer project start dates are weather permitting and assuming no other sewer emergency situations arise.
• Restorations of all projects will commence once the ground has had time to settle and in the order which they were completed.
