PUBLIC NOTICE
SANITARY SEWER PUMP STATION UPGRADE PROJECT
CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF FENTON
GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
Sealed proposals will be received by the Charter Township of Fenton, Genesee County, Michigan, for sanitary sewer pump station upgrades. Proposals will be received at the Fenton Township Civic Community Center, 12060 Mantawauka Drive, Fenton, MI 48430 until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday May 30, 2024.
All bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud.
Proposals are solicited on the basis of a lump sum price for all labor and materials required to complete the project as designed and specified in the Project Scope.
General Project Information:
1. Electrical upgrades to the existing Petts Rd Duplex Pumping Station (Pump Station #26).
Upgrades include a new custom control panel for control of existing pumps, and the addition of a stand-by generator with automatic transfer switch.

2. Electrical upgrades to the existing Firestone Drive Duplex Pumping Station (Pump Station #23).
Upgrades include the addition of a stand-by generator with automatic transfer switch.

The above referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. All successful bidders must comply with federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation; federal equal opportunity requirements; and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968.
