The following sewer rates will go into effect on October 1, 2024.
Resident flat rate $195.00 a quarter (every 3 months), starting Jan. Feb. or March.
Monthly Business flat rate $65.00 per unit per month.
Monthly Business metered rate $48.00 per unit plus consumption at $.0136 per cubic foot consumption (minimum 1,250 cf).
As of October 1, 2024, the late fee will be 5%.
We do not generate final bills or reprints of bills. Users' first bill is prorated. Billing starts when the Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
