$400 Hall Rental Weekend Event Rental (North Half of Hall – Stage)
$75/Hour (Minimum $300) Weekday Meeting Rental
Security Deposit
$500 (will be refunded unless damages and/or contract violations)
Refunded within 30 days of the event

Rental Key Pick Up
Monday – Thursday
If a weekday evening rental, keys can be picked up during the business day of the event at the front desk before 3 PM.
If a weekday rental during operational hours, keys can be picked up for access to the tables and chairs to set up at the start of your scheduled rental period.
Friday and Weekend Rentals
Keys need to be picked up, and prior damage report completed before 1 PM on Friday.
Rental Event Set Up
Weekend Event Rentals
You can start decorating for a weekend event at 8 AM the day of your event, the only exception is if you have a Saturday event and you opted for the Friday evening setup add-on in your contract.
Decorations are allowed on the floor and tabletops only. Nothing can be attached to the ceiling or walls. Further information included in the rental rules and regulations.
Hall must be picked up and vacated by 1 AM
All rentals need to provide a copy of Event Insurance for the date(s) of their rental. This can be purchased through the rentee's home owners or renters insurance or can be purchased separately by clicking here.
A copy of the catering license is required for those using a catering service.
