Fenton Township residents and taxpayers can pay their property tax, utility bills, and building permits online.
Be aware that there is a 3% processing fee for card payments.
Additionally, there is a $3.00 processing fee for online electronic funds/check payments through the Invoice Cloud platform.

Once on the BS&A Portal you can look up your property by address, parcel number, or owner name.
Example: If paying taxes, select the Tax Information tab and you can see the history of the tax payments for the property and what is currently due. There will be a red box that says "Amount Due Current Taxes: $<amount> Pay Now" By clicking the Pay Now link you will be able to use the new Invoice Cloud processing program to pay online.

If you opt to send a check payment instead; postdated checks are not accepted and will be mailed back to the address on the check.
